Warranty is an alien concept to them and their customer service line is a joke. I think I could do a better job of fixing the damn laptop myself than they ever could.
In short, I sent my laptop off to have the screen repaired at the end of September and it came back unrepaired, when it was sent off again they wanted me to pay double the price of what it would normally cost.
I have no hope of it coming back repaired and after Christmas, I'm going to ask for it back so I can save up to buy another while keeping my data safe.
Also, back up your data if you aren't already... Photos I've been taking since Feb are stuck with morons. DON'T let it happen to you.
Why I'm venting about this now, I don't even know, but I'm at least thankful I've got a laptop...

I think I caught it off of her back in Feb, idk. lol Can anyone help me out with some history on it? Like when it started and such.
